Every resident living at Acorn House Care Home in Surrey is informed of our feedback and complaint procedures and what they entail. In our care, residents and family members are welcomed at quarterly meetings and urged to offer new ideas and suggestions.

We tailor our service to suit your needs, but if you are dissatisfied and want to raise a concern, the first person to speak to is our Care Home Manager. If unavailable, your assigned carer will assist you instead. We aim to acknowledge your concerns within 72 hours and will document the issue, detailing the steps we take to address it. If you feel our response does not fully resolve your concerns, we encourage you to contact our Inspectorate for further assistance.
